A fast-scaling SaaS company in Dubai is seeking an experienced account manager to own the retention, expansion, and satisfaction of high-value clients. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in account management or customer success, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts. Job description

This role manages and grows a portfolio of high-value SaaS clients across the HR and PeopleTech ecosystem. You’ll own retention, expansion and customer happiness for a fast-scaling product.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Ownership
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead onboarding, adoption planning and ongoing engagement.
  • Growth & Expansion
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Partner with sales on renewals and commercial discussions.
  • Customer Success Delivery
  • Conduct QBRs, performance reviews and usage deep-dives.
  • Help clients achieve meaningful outcomes with the platform.
  • Product Partnership
  • Provide structured product feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in account management or customer success within SaaS.
  • Strong client handling, communication and organisation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience in HR tech, PeopleOps or workflow automation.
  • Understanding of SaaS success metrics and adoption strategies.
