Job summary

A leading fitness solutions provider is seeking a Sales Account Manager for the Military & Uniformed Services in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing relationships with military institutions and delivering tailored wellness solutions. Your Role

The Sales Account Manager for the Military & Uniformed Serviceswill be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with military institutions defense contractors and uniformed services across the UAE.

This role focuses on delivering tailored wellness solutionsincluding fitness equipment digital platforms and training programsaligned with the operational and health goals of military personnel.


Location: Mainly Abu Dhabi

Department: HCP Field Sales Military & Uniformed Services

Contract Type: Permanent Employee

Your Impact
  • Drive new business development within military and defense sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Customize Technogym solutions for military training centers bases and rehabilitation units.
  • Conduct presentations demos and wellness consultations with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with technical logistics and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Stay informed on military procurement processes and wellness trends.
About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should bring:

  • Minimum 35 years in B2B sales preferably in military government or wellness sectors.
  • Bachelors degree in business Sports Science or any related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic (must).
  • Familiarity with UAE military procurement and wellness initiatives.
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
  • Result-driven approach
  • Excellent listening communications and presentation abilities
