Established in 2019 by Landmark Group, Styli is the GCC e-commerce getaway for trendy fashion. Scaling fast and bringing over 40,000 styles for men, women, and kids, sourced from across the globe, Styli aims to bring the latest in fashion to our customers! We are looking for an exceptional global Head of Operations, who has a strong understanding of complex supply chain operations. Our operations are supported by a 3PL warehouse in Riyadh and supplier bases in China and India. As we scale our operations, we seek a strategic and experienced Head of Operations to manage and optimize our complex supply chain.

The Head of Operations will oversee the entire supply chain process, from first mile to last mile, including warehouse management, international shipping, and returns. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics and the ability to streamline operations across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will also spearhead our expansion into the GCC and establish direct shipping from China to customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Management :

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring balancing out the trade-off between speed and cost.
• Manage movement of goods from suppliers in China and India to our 3PL warehouse in Riyadh and ultimately to our customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize first mile, port-to-port, customs clearance, and last mile logistics.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.

Expansion and Strategic Planning :

• Lead the expansion of operations into the GCC, establishing a new warehouse in the Dubai free zone.
• Create the optimal network plan to ensure speed and cost are balanced as we ship to multiple countries from UAE and KSA.
• Develop a direct shipping model for Chinese sellers and manufacturers to ship products directly to customers in the GCC.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with business goals.

Team Leadership and Development :

• Build and manage a high-performing operations team in multiple locations, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all operational teams and stakeholders.

Vendor and Partner Management :

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, 3PL providers, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.

Operational Excellence :

• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Customer Experience :

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the returns process, reduce returns cost, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Compliance & Stakeholder Management :

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and government entities as set out by law and regulatory guidance.
• Manage relationships with the Ministry of Commerce, Zakat Taxation and Customs Authority, Human Resources Ministry, Saudi Chamber of Commerce, Cyber Security Authority, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the Company is managed and governed in line with company law, Saudi regulatory standards & governance standards.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, service providers, and banks.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on e-commerce supply chain.
• Experience in managing complex supply chains across multiple geographies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
