Job summary
A leading technology recruitment firm is seeking a skilled professional to lead IT operations and service delivery in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure reliability, performance, and security of IT systems while providing excellent end-user support. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in IT operations, including being in a senior leadership role for at least 5 years managing infrastructure and support functions.
Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in IT operations and service delivery.
- 5 years in a senior leadership role managing infrastructure and support functions.
- Experience managing outsourced services and implementing ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and management of resources for Operations & Service Delivery.
- Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and cloud environments.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business units.
Skills
Our partner is seeking a skilled professional to lead and integrate the Infrastructure & Security and Service Delivery teams, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of IT systems while providing exceptional end-user support.

- Oversee the management, maintenance, and evolution of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, systems, storage, cloud environments

- Experience managing outsourced services
- Experience in implementing and managing IT services according to ITSM/ITIL frameworks
