Job description

When you join Amazon as a 3PL Ops Manager, you'll gain experience leading a large and diverse team to ensure your area of the business keeps pace with demand. In this hands-on role, you'll learn about the complexity of operations at a global business and what it takes to make everything run seamlessly. While implementing your team's approach to drive productivity, you'll also work closely with colleagues to address challenges, making no two days the same.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Manage 3PL operational performance for 3p carriers and DSP delivery partners
  2. Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize deliveries and customer experience (CX)
  3. Program manage new store launches from a last-mile perspective
  4. Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  5. Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity levels, meeting business objectives across all shifts
  6. Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and foster a strong team culture
  7. Collaborate with other managers to standardize processes
  8. Drive safety initiatives
Minimum qualifications
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) completed before start date
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience in data analysis
  • Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience in a logistical working environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
