We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various types of plants and gardens in our client's properties. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in gardening and plant care.
This role does not require English proficiency and is open to non-English speaking individuals. Accommodation will not be provided, so the candidate must have their own place of residence in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate at their own expense. A valid biometric passport is required for this position.
- Maintaining and caring for gardens, including mowing lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, watering plants, and applying fertilizers
- Ensuring the health and growth of various plant species by monitoring soil conditions and identifying any potential diseases or pests
- Planting new flowers, trees or shrubs as needed
- Keeping garden tools clean and organized
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening preferences and needs
- Managing the budget for purchasing gardening supplies
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
