Trade Marketing and Operations Manager (ME)

Location: UAE, Dubai

Job Description

To optimize channel partnerships with a focus on customer channels such as pharmacies, ensuring seamless implementation of agreed point-of-sale (POS) activities in alignment with Galderma Global guidelines. This involves fostering cross-functional collaboration with e-commerce and digital teams of the Cluster and Galderma Global to enhance overall customer experience. Additionally, the core mission includes organizing trade promotional activities, increasing visibility in POs, sharing best trade practices, and implementing trade loyalty programs to drive sales and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage Channel Partnerships:
    • Develop collaborative strategies with partners to effectively promote products and services to customers. Monitor localization of this strategy by distributors to main channels such as pharmacies.
  2. Ensure Implementation of POS Activities:
    • Oversee the execution of POS activities according to Galderma Global guidelines, ensuring consistency and brand standards. Monitor initiatives to track effectiveness and adjust with distributors as necessary.
    • Coordinate with Galderma Global and Cluster e-commerce and digital teams to integrate channel strategies with epharmacies or other POS, ensuring alignment of objectives.
  3. Organize Trade Promotional Activities:
    • Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales in pharmacies and other channels. Manage visibility of Galderma products to maximize impact.
    • Track promotional spend against budgets.
  4. Share Best Trade Practices:
    • Identify and share best practices with channel partners to promote continuous improvement. Support partners in implementing effective promotional tactics.
  5. Implement Trade Loyalty Programs:
    • Develop and execute programs to incentivize channel partners and foster long-term relationships. Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Minimum Requirements
  • University Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in trade marketing, including promotional strategy, customer loyalty programs, and brand awareness
  • Proven success in similar roles
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
