Legal Operations Manager jobs in Brazil

Responsibilities:

• Streamline and manage daytoday legal department operations workflows and resource allocation
• Implement and maintain legal tech tools (CLM systems matter management platforms etc.)
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets financial planning and vendor spend
• Oversee relationships with external legal service providers negotiate fees and track performance
• Track and report on legal KPIs compliance metrics and operational dashboards
• Standardize legal processes and support legal risk mitigation efforts across departments
• Facilitate internal audits and ensure alignment with corporate governance standards
• Support knowledge management and training initiatives within the legal team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or a related field (JD or LLB a plus)
• Minimum 5 years experience in legal operations compliance or legal project management
• Strong understanding of legal process automation CLM systems and governance frameworks
• Budgeting financial reporting and vendor management experience
• Highly organized with strong analytical communication and project management skills
• Experience in UAE or GCC legal and regulatory environment is preferred
