Our platform streamlines operations for car rental businesses, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. As we set our sights on expanding into new markets, we’re seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to spearhead our growth initiatives.

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition in the UAE and new target markets.
2. Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI.
3. Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including in-house staff and external agencies or freelancers.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
5. Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for entering new regions.
6. Brand and Content Management: Oversee the development of marketing materials, website content, and other collateral to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to inform strategy and improve results.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role within a SaaS or technology company, with a focus on performance marketing and market expansion.
3. Proven ability: To develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
4. Expertise: Strong in digital marketing channels and tools.
5. Leadership: Experience in building and leading marketing teams.
6. Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
7. Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
