We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to build and maintain
exceptional relationships with our clients in the HORECA sector. In this role,
you will act as a trusted advisor to chefs, food & beverage managers, and
procurement professionals - ensuring their needs are met with tailored
solutions from our premium product range.
Your expertise in relationship management and strategic sales will drive
growth for both our clients and our company.
Client Relationship Development:
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and
catering companies, positioning Casinetto as their go-to supplier.
• Present and communicate the unique value of Casinetto’s specialty food
offerings to meet client needs effectively.
Account Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a deep
understanding of their requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, and
Operations) to deliver seamless support and timely resolution of client
concerns.
Strategic Business Growth:
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the client portfolio across
KSA.
• Develop and implement tailored strategies to support client success and
strengthen their loyalty.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Manage accounts, contacts, and leads while creating opportunities and
generating quotes to streamline the sales process.
• Share insights and recommendations during regular reviews with the
Commercial Director to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
Sales Excellence:
• Maintain a deep understanding of Casinetto’s product range and stay
updated on culinary and market trends.
• Work alongside Category Managers, participate in client presentations,
menu planning discussions, and contract negotiations to secure sustainable
partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Must have strong inner drive, self-discipline, and digital know-how.
• 3-5 years of sales experience within HORECA, Food Service, or F&B
industries (KSA or GCC experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A deep passion for food is a must!
