Responsibilities
- Lead teams of SaaS Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on contacting and qualifying business accounts to achieve or exceed demand generation targets through inbound marketing sources (MQLs) and outbound targeted campaigns.
- Drive revenue growth by converting and progressing their team's pipeline, nurturing long-term client relationships, and coaching team members to address customer needs within a complex sales environment.
- Develop and enhance the customer experience within Oracle by establishing and aligning with cross-functional senior management relationships to improve services from the Business Development Group.
- Identify, recruit, and develop top-tier Sales Development Representatives, creating a talent pool for career growth within Oracle.
- Invest in the professional growth of Sales Development Representatives and Team Leaders through coaching and training.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders such as in-country Sales Reps, Managers, and Marketing teams to achieve company goals and strategies.
- Set individual targets, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and manage performance issues.
- Manage headcount budgets, organize resources for lead qualification, and support career progression through coaching and training.
- Report regularly on SDR performance, lead quality, and forecasted revenue to country owners.
- Utilize channels like social media, internet, web-based tools, and outbound calling, ensuring compliance with Oracle tools and processes.
- Implement marketing programs, allocating resources effectively to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven team builder and motivator with successful experience in managing sales or relationship management teams.
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of telebusiness operations, industry, and market analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Ability to align departments to drive revenue and sales growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with persuasive abilities.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development management, knowledge of SaaS applications is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
