A global packaging solutions company is seeking a Services Account Manager for the Maghreb region based in Dubai. This role involves managing customer relationships, optimizing service offerings, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and be fluent in French and English. Knowledge of the filling and packaging industry is preferred, with Arabic language skills being a bonus.

Services Account Manager Maghreb

Your opportunity:

Maintain relationships with and manage customers related to Sidel's aftersales offerings. Responsible for meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction, while developing and maximizing sales and margins in the assigned territory. Serve as the primary contact for services and aftersales activities.

Your Mission:

  1. Grow sales and profitability of the Services offering; adapt regional services strategy to the territory; implement action plans with the aftersales team.
  2. Ensure customer production lines are optimized to their maximum potential.
  3. Oversee the performance of Sidel products, report non-conformities, and manage issue resolution processes.
  4. Propose new service products that add value to customers and are profitable for Sidel.
  5. Sell and negotiate the Sidel Services portfolio following company rules and processes.
  6. Plan customer contacts, visits, and promotional activities.
  7. Coordinate and analyze market and competitor information; provide forecasts and reports to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Manage regional outstanding and overdue payments.
  9. Take responsibility for assigned accounts within the region.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, including field experience (maintenance, production, Field Service Engineer).
  • Knowledge of filling and packaging industry equipment and services is preferred.
  • Able to travel as required.
  • Arabic language skills and understanding of the Maghreb region are a plus.
