Job summary
A recruitment services company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a solid background in civil construction, particularly in airport projects. The role involves collaboration with project managers and engineers to develop and oversee electrical design plans, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8-10 years of relevant experience. Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in civil construction.
- Experience working on airport construction projects highly desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to develop electrical design plans.
- Conduct site visits to assess electrical requirements.
- Review and approve electrical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors for timely system installation.
- Conduct regular inspections for compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during construction.
- Monitor project progress and update project managers.
- Conduct tests and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Provide technical support to team members.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in civil construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems and their integration with civil construction projects, as well as experience working in the airport industry. The role will involve overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems for our airport projects, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop electrical design plans for airport construction projects
- - Conduct site visits and surveys to assess electrical requirements and identify potential issues
- - Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations
- - Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate installation of electrical systems
- - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- - Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that may arise during construction
- - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- - Conduct tests and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure functionality and efficiency
- - Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
- - Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
