About the Role
As the Assistant Manager, Airport Services at Atlantis Dubai located in Dubai International Airport, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating airport services to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for guests arriving and departing from the resort. Reporting to the Manager, Transport of Atlantis Dubai, you will oversee a team of airport service agents, handle logistics, and collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold the high standards of guest service and hospitality that Atlantis Dubai is renowned for.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Airport Services Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of airport services, including arrival and departure procedures, transportation arrangements, and guest assistance.
- Supervise airport service agents to ensure efficient and courteous handling of guest arrivals and departures, luggage handling, and transportation coordination.
- Collaborate with airline partners, ground handlers, and airport authorities to streamline operations, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor service quality, compliance with safety and security protocols, and adherence to operational standards to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.
- Support the implementation of training programs, service enhancements, and process improvements to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
About You
- Previous experience in airport services, guest relations, or hospitality operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced airport setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of airport operations, baggage handling procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing circumstances in a dynamic airport environment.
