We are currently partnered with a global crypto exchange who are looking to hire an Office Manager to support their Dubai-based team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in HR, administration, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, and compliance with UAE labor law.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and policies.
• Provide executive support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility requirements.
• Assist with company events, team-building activities, and internal communications.
• Support finance and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR/admin software.
• Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services is a strong advantage.
