Responsibilities
- Engage directly with contractors and project managers to understand specifications.
- Establish long-term relationships with clients in construction sectors.
- Identify new sales leads and explore untapped markets.
- Deliver product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Skills
- Engage directly with contractors, project managers, interior designers, and other key stakeholders to understand project specifications and recommend the most suitable tiles and sanitaryware solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the construction and design sectors to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Continuously identify new sales leads, explore untapped markets, and expand the company’s presence across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
