Our client is a forex trading brokerage organization that has a strong team globally with focus in Europe, Asia, and Middle East. They are hiring for a Sales Manager to join their office in Dubai, UAE who will be managing a team of 20-30 account managers for the Indian market.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead revenue growth through improved and streamlined sales operations.
- Oversee daily activities to maintain high sales performance while minimizing costs.
- Craft and execute strategic plans to boost overall sales revenue.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a strong sales team to drive performance.
- Maintain compliance and uphold ethical standards in all business operations.
- Collaborate with headquarters to address operational, administrative, and strategic issues.
- Develop efficient workflows that increase productivity and reduce friction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, ideally in the fintech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful sales teams.
- Strong leadership qualities with negotiation, critical thinking, and fast decision‑making skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and verbal communication.
- Innovative and enthusiastic approach with a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Capable of juggling multiple responsibilities with strong organizational skills.
- Data‑driven thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Skilled in forming and adjusting sales strategies based on data insights.
- Hands‑on experience with designing and optimizing sales funnels (online & offline).
- Public speaking experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in developing business or sales processes is a significant advantage.
