Our client is a forex trading brokerage organization that has a strong team globally with focus in Europe, Asia, and Middle East. They are hiring for a Sales Manager to join their office in Dubai, UAE who will be managing a team of 20-30 account managers for the Indian market.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead revenue growth through improved and streamlined sales operations.
  • Oversee daily activities to maintain high sales performance while minimizing costs.
  • Craft and execute strategic plans to boost overall sales revenue.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a strong sales team to drive performance.
  • Maintain compliance and uphold ethical standards in all business operations.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to address operational, administrative, and strategic issues.
  • Develop efficient workflows that increase productivity and reduce friction.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, ideally in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful sales teams.
  • Strong leadership qualities with negotiation, critical thinking, and fast decision‑making skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and verbal communication.
  • Innovative and enthusiastic approach with a solution‑oriented mindset.
