A global manufacturing leader is seeking a Sales Manager to expand Corteco’s presence in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage full sales cycles. This role requires frequent travel to engage with clients and partners in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Corteco’s presence in the Middle East.
  • Identify and engage with key distributors, workshops, and partners in the region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and after‑sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product management, logistics, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Represent Corteco at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the automotive aftermarket sector.
  • Proven track record of success in the Middle East market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
