The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the Dubai hospitality market, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in sales tools. A valid UAE driver’s license is required. Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha and Courtyard by Marriott Dubai World Trade Centre are seeking a dynamic Cluster Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate) to join our vibrant team.
- Drive revenue growth across both properties by effectively targeting and managing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, key clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Marriott’s brand standards.
- Preferably with previous Marriott experience.
- Proven track record in sales, specifically with corporate account management within the Dubai hospitality market.
- In-depth knowledge of the Al Barsha, Dubai Internet City (DIC), and Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) markets.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cluster team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OPERA and sales tools.
