Key Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our vibrant team in the construction industry, serving a high‑profile client in Dubai. This pivotal role focuses on fostering business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in sectors such as hospitality, catering, healthcare, and institutions. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct client visits, and perform site assessments to achieve sales targets. This position is based in Dubai, UAE, offering a competitive salary and benefits in line with U.A.E. Labour Law.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as hospitality, F&B, catering, healthcare, and institutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Conduct client visits, site assessments, and presentations to highlight our products and services.
- Manage RFQs and prepare commercial kitchen quotations tailored to client specifications.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and long‑term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers to foster repeat business.
- Oversee projects from quotation to post‑installation to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proposal & Quotation Management: Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to develop accurate proposals.
- Ensure all quotations meet project requirements and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in project handovers and address client issues during and after installations.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on product positioning and pricing strategies based on market demand.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain client and sales data in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback summaries for management.
- Contract Management: Ensure proper documentation for all contracts.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for compliance and timely invoicing.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in sales and business development within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and related sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Valid UAE Driver's License and transferable license.
- Open to all nationalities, except those restricted by immigration laws.
- Either gender is acceptable for this role.
Benefits
- Salary: AED 8,000 to AED 15,000.
- Benefits: As per U.A.E. Labour Law, bonus after 1 year and yearly ticket.
- Nationality preference: All nationalities (except banned nationalities as per Immigration).

- Location: UAE (Office Dubai).
