Senior Projects Planner – Construction Scheduling (On-Site)
Job summary
An infrastructure company in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a Projects Planner to oversee major construction projects. This role involves extensive schedule management, stakeholder coordination, and risk analysis. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of planning experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. - 5+ years of experience in construction project planning (client-side or consultancy preferred).
- Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) and project management principles.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor progress against baseline schedules and produce regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to track resources, timelines, and milestones.
