Responsibilities
  • 1.1 Prospect Sales: Attend to walk‑in and campaign‑generated leads. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Advise on the most suitable technology products and solutions. Conduct competitive market research and share insights. Negotiate prices, quantities, and product specifications with customers. Prepare proposals, presentations, and bids for business. Offer outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • 1.2 Sales and Payment: Inspect inventory and ensure high display standards. Collaborate with product teams on enhancements and promotions. Create accurate and detailed quotations using Zoho tools. Independently close sales, meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Manage timely payment collections from customers.
  • 1.3 Delivery & Shipments: Coordinate specifications, costs, and delivery timelines with clients. Work with logistics partners to track and ensure timely delivery. Prepare invoices and shipping documents with accurate cost breakdowns. Guide customers on how to use the company’s Support Portal for technical assistance and ticketing. Ensure a proper handover to the Support Team post‑delivery for onboarding, setup, and issue resolution.
  • 1.4 Support PR & Admin Activities: Participate and take an active role as advised by management in Robotic events such as Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, Robotic Internships, Events, Exhibitions, and Expo. Maintain cleanliness of premises and ensure demo robots are fully charged and operational. Support PR and admin activities assigned by management. Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly sales reports, lead status, and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
Requirements
  • 1.1 Education: Certificate or diploma in technology, business or related field.
  • 1.2 Experience: Minimum 2 years in technology product sales.
  • 1.3 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • 1.4 Negotiation & Presentation: Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • 1.5 Zoho Experience: Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM Plus & Zoho Finance.
  • 1.6 Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • 1.7 Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours and event locations.
  • 1.8 Reporting: Ability to handle deadlines and provide timely reporting.
