Job summary
A digital asset trading platform in Dubai is seeking an Administrator / Admin Manager. Responsibilities include managing employee visa applications, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with local immigration laws. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5-6), have 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of 7,000 to 15,645 AED.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in HR visa and administration.
- Familiar with local immigration regulations in Dubai.
- Experience in HR/administration in a Dubai company preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for employee visa application collection and interviews.
- Monitor local government visa information and ensure its accuracy.
- Assist with monthly employee payroll and salary preparation.
- Maintain good interpersonal skills with colleagues and superiors.

- Responsible for employee visa application collection and interviews; monitoring local government visa information closely and ensuring its accuracy and timely dissemination.
- Answering employee visa-related questions handling exceptions and prioritizing the protection of foreign employees visa and work legality.
- Assisting with monthly employee payroll and salary preparation.
- Maintaining good interpersonal skills with colleagues and superiors.
- University Diploma
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5-6) with 3 years of experience in HR visa and administration.
- Practical experience in Dubai visa processing familiar with local immigration regulations experience in HR/administration at a Dubai company preferred or experience in Web3 or blockchain industries is a plus.
- Proficient in professional knowledge able to apply it to meet company business needs strong stress resistance execution and communication skills.
