The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Retail Design & Visual Merchandising, you will play a key role in shaping how our brands are seen, experienced, and remembered in both own retail stores and wholesale environments. You will lead the planning and execution of visual merchandising strategies, trade animations, and window concepts, in line with brand guidelines and Puig’s Retail Excellence standards.

This is a highly visible role where creativity meets commercial impact — working closely with global brand teams, commercial partners, and marketing teams to adapt brands visions into locally relevant, high‑impact retail experiences.

What you’ll get to do
  • Plan VM Strategy per brand following marketing plan and align with brand’s marketing and operations teams
  • Define, monitor, and deliver the yearly OPEX budget, ensuring strong communication of risks & opportunities with the rest of the teams
  • Forecast POSM material needs and allocate budget per brand and market
  • Keep a close relation with the global brands teams working together on the projects. Influence brand teams to adapt the designs and initiatives to market and retailer needs.
  • Work with Commercial and Retail teams to identify new opportunities in stores and maximize visibility / impact for Puig brands.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure highest quality production and installations meeting projects deadlines and brand expectations.
  • Liaise with mall operators to get the approvals on renders and technical drawings for timely and qualitative implementation
  • Conduct field visits to ensure perfect implementation of brand image, identify best practices and analyze competition activities.
  • Support local distributor teams to understand and deliver the designs approved by brand and ensure qualitative implementation
We’d love to meet you if you have
  • Proven experience in retail design & VM, ideally within the beauty sector
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders
  • A qualification in a design‑related field
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of sensitivity to luxury
  • Ability to understand consumers ‘shopping behaviors and retail environments.
  • Technical and manufacturing knowledge related to retail stores and VM production.
  • People management and development capabilities.
  • Good understanding of merchandising functions within an international environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp Mic rosoft Office, and Adobe (Photoshop & Illustrator)
