Job summary
A well-established international trading firm is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand sales of scrap plastic materials. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in scrap plastic trading, with strong negotiation and communication skills. This role focuses on developing relationships with buyers and coordinating export sales processes, offering exposure to international markets and opportunities for growth. Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established international plastic trading company. Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive – Scrap Plastic Material to support business development and sales activities within Vietnam and export markets.
- Develop and expand sales of scrap plastic materials to recyclers and manufacturers in Vietnam.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to scrap plastic sourcing and supply.
- Build long-term relationships with local buyers, recycling plants, and international clients.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory developments in Vietnam.
- Coordinate with suppliers, inspection agencies, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Support export sales processes, including documentation and shipment coordination.
- Maintain sales reports, client data, and market intelligence for management review.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in scrap plastic trading, recycling, or bulk commodity sales.
- Strong understanding of plastic scrap grades, quality standards, and recycling processes.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and export logistics.
- Proficient in English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
