Role Description

The Equipment Integrity Business Analyst provides critical insights through the analysis of Live Casino data, team performance, and game equipment logs. They create automated reports and data visualizations to support informed decision-making, contributing to the continuous improvement of company performance.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze Live Casino data, team performance metrics, and game equipment logs to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and automate reports in Tableau Server to track game statistics.
  • Build and maintain analytical tools in PowerBI to support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Risk/Surveillance and HR departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Provide daily activity reports to line managers and proactively address any potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, data confidentiality, and security protocols.
Requirements
  • University degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau Server.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and basic programming skills.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail.
