A dynamic tech company is seeking a Head of Growth to architect and implement data-driven strategies that boost conversions. In this role, you will transition the company from a founder-led marketing approach to a streamlined, brand-led revenue engine. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in growth experimentation and conversion optimization, with a focus on data analytics and A/B testing. Fluency in both English and French is required. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from the stunning Dubai office.

Your Mission 🚀
You will transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine.
You don’t just manage a team, you get your hands dirty to identify growth levers and pull them yourself. Your obsession: taking a funnel, dismantling it, and rebuilding it to convert 2× better. You lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and showing the team how it’s done.

You’ll own KPIs:
French: Native / Bilingual
English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English‑speaking colleagues.
