A recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist with over 8 years of experience. The role includes sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, as well as managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with recruitment software. - - Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
- - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive edge in hiring top talent
- - Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
Requirements:
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- - Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE
- - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
