The successful candidate will support HR operations, enhance colleague engagement initiatives, and drive recruitment strategies across various platforms. Ideal candidates are organized, empathetic, and have strong interpersonal skills, with a preference for degrees in Human Resources or Hotel Management. Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to drive effective recruitment strategies.
• Deliver a seamless onboarding experience from interviews to appointment letters.
• Support employee relations, payroll, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in HR matters.
• Coordinate with government authorities for compliance with labor laws.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.
