  • Be the first point of contact at the HR Service Centre.
  • Manage the HR Operations inbox and respond to service requests.
  • Maintain colleague data in HCM and ensure compliance with government processes.
  • Handle office management tasks including PRs and inventory.

About the Role

Are you passionate about creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional service? As a Colleague Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of HR, supporting colleagues throughout their journey with us. From onboarding to daily support, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the colleague experience and driving engagement across our organization.

This is more than a reception role — it’s a dynamic opportunity to be a brand ambassador, a problem solver, and a connector between teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact at the HR Service Centre — warm, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Manage the HR Operations inbox and respond to service requests with accuracy and empathy
  • Maintain colleague data in HCM, update Kronos, and ensure compliance with government processes
  • Collaborate across departments and parks to deliver seamless HR support
  • Handle office management tasks including PRs, inventory, and budget items
  • Uphold data accuracy, legal compliance, and process excellence in every interaction
What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment

Desirable:

  • Oracle HRMS experience
  • Additional language skills
  • Postsecondary education in HR or related fields
