  • Source and attract top real estate talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, competitor analysis, and promoting the company’s growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate and onboard candidates, conducting interviews to assess motivation, sales potential, and cultural fit for a commission-based structure.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline and meet aggressive hiring targets while representing the brokerage at industry events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Track and report recruitment progress and market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
