Job Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Recruitment Manager
Job Objective: The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across various functions. The role ensures the company attracts top talent while maintaining a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Candidate Attraction
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Create compelling job advertisements and job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Screening & Selection
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidate feedback.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, ensuring timely closure.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinate onboarding processes.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Advise management on recruitment trends, candidate availability, and market insights.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent the company positively during candidate interactions.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.).
- Provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in UAE or GCC region.
- Experience with ATS systems, job portals, and social media recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in the UAE is a plus.
