We are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in recruitment within the UAE and be comfortable working with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to engage effectively with potential candidates. They should have a strong understanding of the company's staffing needs and be capable of sourcing high-quality candidates who meet those requirements.
Requirements include at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in recruitment. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not mandatory.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and innovative thinking in sourcing candidates. Competency in using technology such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms is also required.
This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary of 1500 AED per month plus additional benefits. We welcome applications from foreign candidates; however, visa arrangements must be managed by the applicant.
