- Manage and oversee all offshore marine and subsea operations for the company
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of offshore personnel
- Oversee budget and cost control for offshore operations
- Provide technical expertise and support for offshore projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore operations, preferably in the oil and gas EPC industry
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of marine and subsea operations and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
