Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to process and manage administrative tasks related to procurement including collating and comparisons of vendor proposals
• Help to handle the documentation for purchase orders and encoding to the system after the necessary approvals.
• Tracking and ensuring stocks of the general supplies.
• Have knowledge on the products, services, and market trends to find cost-effective options for the company.
• Monitoring Deliveries: Track shipments and deliveries, confirming that goods or services are received as ordered and within agreed-upon timelines.
• Supporting Budgeting and Cost Control by assisting and tracking that procurement activities are within the allocated budget and help in identifying opportunities for cost-saving.
• Ensuring that procurement processes comply with the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Good communication and attention to details.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
