Construction Inspector jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team for infrastructure projects involving roads, utilities, drainage and traffic management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications and quality standards.

• Inspect and monitor construction activities related to roads, utilities, drainage systems and traffic management.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain other documentation as required by the project contract.
• Verify that only approved materials are incorporated into the work.
• Conduct labor compliance interviews and maintain accurate as-built plans.
• Identify potential issues, conflicts and non-conformities and report them to the supervisor with recommended solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subconsultants for surveying and material testing.
• Provide general inspection of all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
• Confirm proper equipment alignment and balancing operations.
• Assist in developing quality control reports and procedures.

• Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction inspection with expertise in roads, drainage, utilities or irrigation projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with contractors, engineers and inspectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Equinex is an advantage but not required (training can be provided).
• Willing to relocate to Dubai.
