We are a busy and growing business in El-Fujairah looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We offer a salary of 1500 and are open to considering foreign candidates for the role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability, setting targets, and providing support to ensure that targets are met. You will be required to analyse existing sales data, identify trends and opportunities, develop customer relationships, and ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently high. You will also be responsible for providing effective performance appraisals of your team members, setting objectives that take into account individual skills and abilities, as well as developing their capabilities through coaching, training and mentoring activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with no prior experience looking to gain valuable skills in a competitive environment. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage their team, while also exhibiting excellent problem‑solving abilities in order to quickly identify areas of improvement.
