We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director – Data Sales with a strong background in Voice Bot sales to lead our sales initiatives for our conversational AI products.

Location : Dubai, UAE

Reports To : VP Sales

Role Overview :

As the Director – Data Sales (Voice Bot & Conversational AI) , you will be responsible for strategizing and driving revenue growth for our data-driven solutions, focusing on our proprietary voice bot product, Bhaasa. Your role involves managing existing client relationships and spearheading new business across the region, working closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to meet growth milestones.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, especially emphasizing voice bot capabilities. Own the business P&L and monitor market trends to position Bhaasa as a leading solution.
  • Client & Key Account Management : Build and expand relationships with key clients, including CXOs, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Business Development & Lead Generation : Lead initiatives to acquire new clients, prospect potential customers, and represent Yubi at industry events to build brand presence.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration : Mentor sales teams, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and act as a thought leader in conversational AI.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10+ years in data sales or business development, with a focus on voice bot or conversational AI solutions.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets, preferably with experience in companies like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data solutions, SaaS platforms, and voice bots.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
