The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telematics, transportation security systems, and related IT fields. This role is pivotal in managing and growing their key accounts, developing long‑lasting commercial deals, and presenting their solutions effectively to a diverse range of clients. The role requires extensive travel, with business trips occupying approximately 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in preferred industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Transportation, Defense, Marine, Transportation Security, and Aviation Security. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, understanding their development strategies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Account Management
  • Oversee key account management, managing clients across various countries and industries. Develop and execute pricing strategies and manage the portfolio to maximize profitability. Ensure the delivery of high‑quality customer service and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
Commercial Acumen
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage and close complex, long‑term deals. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Negotiation and Presentation
  • Exhibit excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company. Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products and solutions.
Technical Expertise
  • Possess a strong understanding of telematics and transportation security systems. Have a basic understanding of AI features and their applications in the industry.
