- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments, handle bookings, and manage the spa’s calendar.
- Answer calls and emails, providing detailed information about services, packages, and promotions.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably in a spa or hospitality setting).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using booking systems and general office software (experience with [specific software] is a plus).
- Knowledge of spa services, wellness treatments, and retail products is a plus.
