Job description

Luxury 5* Hotel based in Dubai is looking for a Front Office Agent.

The suitable candidate will be the primary point of contact, responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins / outs, handling reservations, answering calls, resolving issues, processing payments and ensuring smooth guest experiences, essentially acting as the face and voice of the establishment.

You will manage guest accounts, provide information, handle administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments to maintain high service standards.

Duties
  • Greeting guests, checking them in/out, providing information and addressing concerns.
  • Booking rooms, managing room allocations and handling walk-ins.
  • Taking payments, settling accounts and managing house banks.
  • Answering phones, responding to messages and rel information to other departments.
  • Maintaining guest records, processing paperwork
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • A formal hospitality qualification
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a 5* Hotel environment
  • Professionalism, friendliness, and strong communication.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
