TransTech, a leading custom fabrication and conversion company based in Sharjah, is hiring a 2D/3D Project Specialist to manage end-to-end projects—from creative concept to final build. You will take over client communication after the initial meeting and lead the entire design and execution process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of projects after client handover from management
• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical, innovative designs
• Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings, including electrical layouts and fabrication specs
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations using V-Ray or equivalent tools
• Select appropriate materials for each project and justify choices based on use-case and budget
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (fabrication, branding, technical) to ensure project feasibility and on-time delivery
• Conduct site visits and client meetings as required
• Maintain project timelines, ensure quality control, and provide regular updates
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Excellent command of AutoCAD (2D), including electrical and construction detailing
• Strong 3D skills using V-Ray, SketchUp, or similar rendering tools
• Deep understanding of material properties, usage, and sourcing options
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle
• Fluent in English; strong communication and coordination skills
• Full-time availability in Sharjah
Preferences:
• Education completed in the UAE is a plus
• Prior experience with custom fabrication, kiosks, or mobile unit projects is a bonus
