Job Requirements:
  • Open to both male and female applicants; bachelor's degree or above (diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered);
  • At least one year of living or working experience in the UAE or the Middle East;
  • No criminal record; responsible, honest, trustworthy, communicative, and helpful;
  • Strong learning and adaptability skills; capable of data collection and analysis; able to communicate in English in business contexts; proficient in office software;
  • Good logical and analytical abilities; capable of independently handling and resolving common job-related issues;
  • Experience in civil aviation or possession of a UAE driver's license is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance, supervision, and expansion of distribution channels, including daily communication and coordination with GSA, sales data monitoring and exception analysis reports;
  • Promotion of policies and products, new agent vetting, handling of agent violations, and gathering market information on distribution channels;
  • Maintenance and expansion of corporate clients, including contract development, routine communication, issue resolution, sales analysis and reporting, and market research;
  • Sales service support, including customer care, special ticket handling, and routine sales inquiries;
  • Route market activities, including sales progress tracking, product analysis and application, and market intelligence gathering;
  • Local sales organization, including group sales and support, fare and rule reporting, ticketing tracking, product promotion, and market feedback;
  • Brand and product marketing promotion through appropriate channels;
  • Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
