We are currently supporting our client in the search for an experienced and driven Financial Modeler to join their growing Operational Finance team in Dubai. This role plays a central part in delivering best-in-class financial models that support both corporate and fund finance activities, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and enhance the client's current financial model landscape, identifying both quick improvements and long-term development opportunities.
• Maintain and validate existing models to ensure they accurately reflect current financial scenarios.
• Develop new, robust models to support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
• Analyze financial data and collaborate with internal teams to ensure models reflect operational and strategic needs.
• Document and streamline data collection and analysis processes.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and define modeling requirements.
• Provide training and support to team members on financial modeling techniques and tools.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in financial modeling, ideally holding relevant qualifications in modeling or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of 3-statement modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and integrating data from various sources.
• Exposure to fund finance, including waterfalls, carried interest, and co-investment structures, is highly desirable.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work across teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
