Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority is hiring an Events Director reporting to CCO, to lead the Emirate’s events strategy and execution on a global stage.

This role is about more than just events; it’s about positioning Ras Al Khaimah as a world-class destination through iconic experiences, strategic partnerships, and seamless delivery. From ideating a multi-year events roadmap to attracting top-tier global organizers and overseeing flawless in-market execution, this role blends visionary thinking with operational precision.

We’re seeking a high-caliber leader who understands the global and local events landscape, can build and maintain strategic relationships, and knows how to turn an idea into a branded moment that drives tourism growth, community engagement, and economic impact.
