A leading recruitment firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across the organization. You will manage a team of recruiters and develop hiring strategies in compliance with UAE labor law. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of recruitment experience, strong UAE market knowledge, and excellent communication skills to manage multicultural teams effectively. This role offers the opportunity to enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including managerial/supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and onboarding processes.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge, experience managing recruiters, and the ability to hire top talent quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and manage a team of recruiters
- Develop hiring strategies aligned with UAE labor law and manpower plans
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for all departments
- Drive Emiratization and build strong local/international talent pipelines
- Oversee onboarding, visa processes, and coordination with PRO/HR
- Manage ATS data, track recruitment metrics, and report KPIs
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including managerial/supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and onboarding
- Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and using recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience hiring for multicultural teams
