Now Hiring: Business Setup Advisors

We are urgently looking for passionate and results-driven Business Setup Advisorsboth Russian-speaking and non-Russian-speaking candidates are welcome. Ideal applicants will have at least 1 year of experience in Sales, company formation or corporate services. Russian fluency is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to new leads within 5 minutes of inquiry.
• Understand client needs and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Clearly explain services, pricing, timelines, and processes.
• Assist walk-in clients and offer personalized support.
• Convert leads into clients by presenting the value of our services.
• Handle payment collection and send proforma invoices.
• Organize client documents in the proper folders.
• Keep clients updated on their application progress and any issues.
• Work with the processing team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain detailed client profiles in the CRM system.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication, sales, and people skills.
• Fluency in English (Russian is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or business setup services.
• Familiarity with Dubai's company formation and legal requirements.
• Must be in the UAE.
