Join a vibrant and innovative team, working within an organization that values independence, flexibility, and personal growth. You will be dealing with Mid-Market and Corporate companies in the MENA region from different sectors every day.

As an Outbound Account executive you'll be at the frontline of our growth in the MMC sector. This isn’t just about making calls; it’s about building genuine relationships, understanding business needs, and offering smart, scalable solutions that make a real difference.

You’ll drive engagement across diverse markets and industries, helping clients discover the value of Odoo through personalized outreach and impactful conversations.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Relevant sales experience (B2B)
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (Verbal and Written)
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude
  • You are open-minded and can react to change with agility
  • You are a quick and autonomous learner
  • You have an entrepreneur mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiatives
Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships and build trust with clients
  • Proven outbound sales experience and leading full sales cycle
  • Outbound reach and cold calling experience
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth and revenue
