About the role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EPC Solar Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar EPC project sales, client relationship management, and business development within the UAE market.

Location - Dubai, UAE (We are accepting candidates who has UAE experience only)

Salary Range - 6000-8000 AED

Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for solar EPC projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Generate new leads and build strong client relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare technical proposals, and coordinate with the engineering team for system design and quotations.
  • Present and negotiate project proposals with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and solar technology advancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven UAE experience in solar EPC sales.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, project lifecycle, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and handle client meetings confidently.
