Job summary
A leading firm in the perfume industry is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to generate revenue through bespoke products. The ideal candidate will have solid B2B sales experience and a strong track record in sales, preferably within the perfume sector. You must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build client rapport, and the drive to succeed. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, along with a valid UAE driver's license. This role may require travel to meet with clients and attend events.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record as a Sales Executive/Manager, preferably in the perfume industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic or more languages.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through bespoke products in the perfume industry.
- Deal with key decision makers using a top-down approach.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Skills
A highly motivated and resultoriented Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through our bespoke product Metlux which currently caters to the perfume industry and will soon be widening its target audience.
- S/He should have strong understanding for B2B sales possess excellent communication skills and the experience in perfume industry.
- 35 years of experience in sales with minimum one year experience in B2B sales
- Extensive experience in dealing professionally with key decision makers and following the topdown approach
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Selfmotivated with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed.
- Proven track record as a Sales Executive/Manager or similar role preferably in the perfume or perfume packaging industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 1 fastpaced environment.
- Ability to multitask and lead discussions across multiple areas within the department and the company.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events & exhibitions .
- Fluent in English and Arabic/more languages.
- Valid UAE drivers license
