About the job
We are seeking a Luxury Real Estate Client Manager to join our Luxury Sales Team in assisting high-net-worth individuals in purchasing luxurious homes in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for working in the Elite Real Estate industry and possess an excellent understanding of the luxury lifestyles of the affluent and wealthy.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong business sense and passion for the Real Estate Industry
- High level of integrity and dedication to providing exceptional service
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Confidence to succeed in a commission-only environment
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in active marketing initiatives, from reaching out to potential buyers to maintaining existing client relationships
- Sourcing potential investors and establishing/maintaining good relationships with them
- Developing cordial relations with developers' agents
- Staying informed about the latest real estate launches and updates to deliver informed advice to clients
